What to expect:

Session I: Understanding Your Nervous System and Setting Intentions: Explore how stress manifests in your body and how you tend to respond to it. You'll gain insights into your body's adaptation patterns (aka stress response) and how to recognize when it’s happening. Identify key intentions for your upcoming pivotal moment that will help drive regulation strategies (down or up regulation). Then conclude with a brief guided practice that offers a preview to some of the techniques you’ll use to prepare for your pivotal moment. 

Session II: Nervous System Regulation and Somatic Strategies: Based on insights from session I, learn strategies to  regulate your nervous system, release tension, and optimize brain function. You’ll be guided through science-backed techniques customized to your adaptation patterns and goals, helping you step into your pivotal moment with clarity, confidence, and presence. 

Recorded Guidance: Regulation for Your Pivotal Moment: The set of practices introduced in session II will be recorded for you to use prior to your pivotal moment or any time you need to regulate, refocus, and restore your energy.
