My Journey

I have unwittingly spent my entire life preparing to launch Intrinsicly—and I couldn’t be more excited. My journey spans 25 years in management consulting, including 15 years as a people-focused executive, developing leaders, improving employee engagement, and leading organizational transformations. I’ve earned certifications in Somatic Regulation Strategies, Cultural Humility, and Diversity & Inclusion, and became a Reiki Master, which allows me to bring a holistic, human-centered approach to my work.

While my professional experience is a key part of my journey, the two most profound experiences that have shaped me are being a mother and living as an immigrant. Motherhood has taught me the balance between nurturing and empowering others while deepening my resilience and patience and has shown me the true power of community. As an immigrant, I’ve faced environments where not only did I feel I didn’t belong, I was rejected. Through all this, I learned that what makes each of us unique, is also our greatest gift and that true success comes from embracing your full self and sharing your unique qualities and wisdom.

My Expertise

In my career, I’ve directed operations for a national professional services firm and led transformational projects for hospitals, insurers, retailers, and one of the world’s largest tech companies—impacting thousands of employees. These roles have given me firsthand experience with the complexities of change and its effect on both employees and businesses. I’ve seen how the stress of uncertainty can undermine performance and wellbeing and have also experienced the power of environments where people feel supported, safe, and valued. I’ve talked with hundreds of people about what they want in an employer and their career and life aspirations—the common desires are to make an impact, feel supported, and thrive in all aspects of life.

This wisdom fuels my passion for helping organizations cultivate resilience, wellbeing, and high performance, built on a foundation of interdependence and belonging.

My Mission

I’ve learned the truth behind the African proverb: “To go fast, go alone. To go far, go together.” Early in my career, I believed I had to be hyper-independent to succeed—thinking that relying on others meant I was weak or incapable. However, as I’ve grown and evolved, and through reflection on both the natural world and ancient wisdom, I’ve realized that true success lies in interdependence. Just as ecosystems thrive through collaboration and interconnectedness, so do people and businesses.

Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned—as an immigrant, mother, professional, and student of both modern science and ancient wisdom—to be of service. My mission is to create workplaces where people feel they truly belong and can make an impact, and where wellbeing, impact, and growth are interconnected and sustainable.
