Within each of us is an inner child—naturally joyful, loving, and open to life’s limitless possibilities. Yet, even in the most caring environments, we can experience moments that leave us feeling unseen, unsafe, or not enough. 

As children and teens, we didn’t have the tools to process these experiences, so we adapted to protect ourselves—hiding parts of who we are, questioning our worth, staying small, or silencing our needs. Over time, these protective patterns can dim our joy, make us doubt our value, and limit the possibilities we see for ourselves. 

The Nurture Your Inner Child Journey is a gentle, supportive series designed to help you release limiting beliefs, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect with the playful, hopeful part of you—the you who loves you. Through the integration of Reiki and somatic practices, you’re invited into a deeper sense of safety, self-compassion, and possibility. 

About the session:

Each 45-minute remote group session is designed to be easeful—no efforting, just openness to receive.  

  • Reiki Energy Healing: A gentle, yet powerful energy modality that works with your body’s energy system and natural ability to heal and restore, supporting emotional release, energy flow, and deep restoration. Since Reiki is energy, it can be received across any distance. 

  • Somatic Practices: Techniques that tend to the nervous system to help you physically release stored tension and regain physical and emotional balance. 

  • Guided Visualization: A supportive tool to help you connect with your younger self, explore patterns, and nurture self-compassion. 

  • Comfort and Privacy: Relax in a quiet, comfortable space while receiving energy healing, honoring your privacy and space throughout the session.

    Reconnect with your body as a source of safety, self-compassion, and pleasure. You are guided to honor and cherish your body as wise, sacred, and wholly lovable.

    Rediscover the safety to experience and honor your emotions fully. You are guided to reclaim your emotions as valid, wise, and sources of inner strength. 

  3. I Open to Unconditional Love and Acceptance 
    Release the belief that love must be earned. You are guided to nurture a deep sense of self-worth and belonging rooted in unconditional love and care. 

  4. I Trust Myself and My Place in the World 
    Reclaim your voice, confidence, inner authority, and your sacred place in the world. You’ll begin to release perfectionism, second-guessing, imposter syndrome, and the inner critic.  

  5. I Activate My Gifts and Welcome Abundance 
    Activate your gifts and dissolve scarcity-based beliefs that block receiving and limit success. You’ll begin to nurture a deeper sense of purpose and possibility, helping you trust your capacity to thrive. 

  6. I Reclaim My Joy and Freedom 
    Reconnect with joy and playfulness. This session focuses on releasing heaviness or patterns of seriousness and over-responsibility, inviting lightness, gratitude, and emotional freedom into your life.
